OMG! Carpet Cleaning Cancellation Policy
We know life can be as unpredictable as a coffee spill on a white rug. While we try to be as flexible as possible, time is valuable, and a last-minute opening is a spot we could have filled.
The 24-Hour Rule
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us enough time to offer your timeslot to someone else on our waiting list.
Cancellation Fees
If a service is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Residential Services: $125
Commercial Services: $200
The “No Harm, No Foul” Guarantee
If we are able to fill your vacated timeslot with another client, we will waive the cancellation fee entirely.
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved for you. If you cancel and we are not able to replace that appointment time, we have to charge for lost sales. I’m sure you agree and understand.
