We take the *s out of carpet cleaning pricing!
However, if it counts as a room when you buy it and it counts as a room when you sell it, it counts as a room when we clean it.
RESIDENTIAL CARPET CLEANING PRICING
$125.00 Minimum Charge (up to 2 areas)
$50.00 Rooms (Living Room, Dining Room, Bedroom, Sitting Room, Office, etc.)
$50.00 Stairs (per flight, approx. 16 steps. Split levels are usually 1 flight.)
$50.00 Hallways (if it is shorter than 15 feet, they are FREE!)
Closets in areas already being cleaned are INCLUDED, including the Master closet! Unless it’s big enough to park a car in, then it would count as a area ($50.00).
5 or more areas $40 per area.
(4 areas $200)
We DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for:
- Wool
- Berber
- Heavily soiled areas
- Pet stains
- People who are left-handed
- People who drive trucks
- If your last name is Gates, Dell, Bezos or Kennedy
- Well you get the idea….
AS LONG AS YOU PAY BY CHECK OR CASH, YOUR EXACT-IMATE IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WILL CHARGE. If you pay by credit or debit card, they charge us 3% for cc/dc AND a “American Rescue Plan Act of 2021” of 6% so we charge 9% for credit or debit cards.
There IS a difference between “CLEANING” and “CLEAN UP.” Clean up is when your cat or your dog, maybe your child or your husband just “had an accident.” That is clean up. Clean up pricing STARTS at $200, please call for more details.
We also offer FOREVER PRICING so you’ll know what your carpet cleaning costs will be FOREVER!
We are happy to text you an EXACT-imate if you’re not sure what exactly you have or if you’d like it for your records.
If you are asked to pay more than your EXACT-imate your carpet cleaning is FREE!
