Does the size of the room determine the cost of the quote? How many rooms/areas does your quote allow for?
Are there any trip charges?
Is there a fuel charge?
Do you guarantee your over-the-phone quotes?
Can I make out the check right now before you arrive? (They will probably choke up on that one.)
Will the carpet pads be wet/damp when you finish cleaning?
How long does it take for my carpet to dry?

Look at their website and check out their social media sites like facebook and Twitter. Does the information mesh up with what was said on the phone? Do the products that are going to be used meet your standards? In today’s marketplace, there is a wealth of information that you can easily access.
By asking the right questions you should be able to look forward to a pleasant, enjoyable experience with a carpet cleaner you can and SHOULD trust.
