“Stinky Pets Recipe”

There a COUNTLESS “odor destroyers,” “odor eliminators ” and other types of products that are supposed to address pet odor issues. MANY of them are even “GUARANTEED” to work. And we all know how that usually goes…

More often than not we recommend some type of DISINFECTANT to address odors. They are usually more effective and reliable than other products including enzymes.

I found this “recipe” YEARS ago when looking for DIY options for my customers. There were countless testimonials on how well this recipe worked on a lot of different surfaces.

One of the things we DO NOT like about it is one of the ingredients is “soapy/foamy,”  and we are ALWAYS talking about NOT using soapy products on you carpet and all the problems it causes. But sometimes you have to choose between the lesser of the two. So while we do recommend disinfectants the ingredients for this recipe may be under you kitchen sink.
