Once we arrive to your home, our technician is going to walk through with you as you show them the areas you want cleaned. They will ask you to point out any areas or spots of concern. They will then spot clean a couple spots of your choosing so you can see if the spots are going to come out or not. If they don’t come out entirely, they may at least lighten up and be less noticeable. Either way you will be able to see within a few minutes what to expect with your spots. The goal here is to get an understanding of what your expectations are.

Sometimes spots come right out, other times they don’t budge. The important thing is you know BEFORE we begin what to expect with your carpet cleaning. You may not be happy with how the test spots go and decide NOT to clean your carpets. We are good with that! We do not want you to pay for something you’re not happy with. We know we don’t like to. We would rather not have you as a client than have you as an unhappy customer.

Carpet is very pourous, thus stains just like most fabrics. We CAN’T get everything out of carpet and we don’t claim to be able to. We will be honest and up front with you when assessing your carpet and your carpet cleaning needs and your expectations.
